These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of solveratech.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Solvera Tech, LLC ("Solvera Tech," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Website use only
These Terms cover the Site. IT, cybersecurity, compliance and other services we provide to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. Information on the Site
Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, compliance or other professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Reading the Site, contacting us or submitting a form does not make you a client. Prices, plans, features and timelines shown on the Site may change without notice and are not an offer until confirmed in a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Solvera Tech name, and Solvera-branded service names, belong to Solvera Tech or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, change, republish or sell Site content without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to break any law or another person's rights; try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or other users' data; upload or send malware, spam or harmful code; scrape, overload or interfere with the Site; or submit false information or pretend to be someone else.
5. Information you submit
When you send us information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send health, legal case, tax or other sensitive information through Site forms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send.
6. Third-party links and content
The Site may link to or display content from other websites and services, such as review platforms and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SOLVERA TECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SOLVERA TECH AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Solvera Tech and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the full agreement between you and Solvera Tech about the Site.
